Ultimate Brain 3.0 provides full support for my Notion Voice Notes automation.
You can upload voice memos, lecture recordings, and any other type of audio file, and quickly get a complete AI-generated transcript and summary in Notion.

If you choose the Google Drive version, there’s a small change to the instructions compared to what you’ll see in the videos below.
In the Download File step of the workflow, after you connect your Google Drive account, you’ll need to set a value in the File property. This should already be in the step’s properties. Note: There’s a separate Files (plural) property, which is not active by default. Don’t use it—use the singular File property.
In this field, you need to reference the ID of the Google Drive file you’ve selected in the Trigger step. To do this:
- Click the File property.
- Click the Enter a Custom Expression tab.
- Navigate the tree to find steps → trigger → event → id. Next to id, click Select Path.
Alternatively, you can paste {{steps.trigger.event.id}} directly in the File field. These two methods are equivalent; they just tell Pipedream how to reference the ID of each Google Drive file that comes in and triggers the workflow.
