Ultimate Tasks has three Notion databases at its core. These databases store all of the data you add to your copy of the template, and the pages throughout Ultimate Tasks primarily show you useful linked views of these databases.
This section of the docs contains a complete reference for each database. On each database’s page, you’ll find a technical reference for its properties and a list of pages where it is used.
Ultimate Tasks Databases
Database | Description |
---|---|
Tasks | Stores all tasks and details about those tasks. |
Projects | Stores all projects, which can be related to tasks. A project is essentially a collection of tasks that are all aimed at a common, larger goal. |
Task Journal | Stores task journal entries – daily plans of action. By default, all new pages created in the Task Journal will apply the “@Today Tasks” template, which sets the title and Date property to the current data and adds helpful sections to the page. |
